Stunning Comitti Breva 35, in excellent condition (launched March 2022, enjoyed only on lake waters, less than 40 engine hours), set up in the refined “Classic Teak” version and powered with the ideal MERCRUISER 2 x 350 Hp petrol engine, combined with the innovative and amazing JPS-AXIUS joystick system, which makes easier and quicker mooring and all manoeuvres.
The layout of the B35 provides a large cockpit with over-size pilot seat, a U-shaped sofa with chaise-longue and a retractable sun awning, which can be folded into a dedicated space behind the stern sofa.
The elegant setup of this wonderful motorboat is completed by a large sundeck at the stern, by a beautiful below deck – with a convertible dinette and double berth in space under cockpit – and by a comfortable bathroom with electric toilet.
The hull/deck laminated in a refined ivory gelcoat, many parts and finishes in teak and electric anchor-winch are part of the standard equipment of the B35, while among the optional extras mounted on this boat, it takes to point out the power generator (3 kw), the air conditioning and the Raymarine “Axiom 9” GPS.

This B35 is in appropriate compliance with the fiscal laws, having the owner having correctly settled the VAT in the EU (namely, in Italy, which is current flag country of the unit)
IMPORTANT REMARK: thanks to its CE approval length of less than 10 m (9.96 m), in case of use under Italian flag (as currently it is) the B35 does not require any registration in the boating registers.
